A few things about me. I was lucky to be born and raised in beautiful Victoria, BC on Vancouver Island and have been licensed 25 years,with RE/MAX since 1998. Opened RE/MAX Alliance in 2005, proudly a Miracle Office and Victoria’s most productive office per capita since day one.
I am fortunate to have 2 healthy and happy sons. Other family and several close friends have had many experiences relying and benefiting from services of BC Children’s Hospital. I’ve toured the hospital many times and know the need is great and that we are making a difference in children’s and families lives.
I organize Annual Fundraising Community Easter Egg Hunts for CMN and many other fundraisers over the years, including RE/MAX Hockey Tournaments, growing our hair with my sons and then shaving our heads for Kids with Cancer. I especially enjoy the CMN Auctions where for the last few years I have found opportunities to buy and gift to a Miracle Child.
Have served on BC Children’s Hospital on Board of Governors for more than 10 years and many other volunteer roles with the hospital since 1998.
Personally donated more than $100,000 to CMN.

Ron Neal has never been one to shy away from a challenge. In fact, he thrives on them! Whether it be tackling a mogul run, exploring underwater life or camping in the wilderness, he loves to conquer the obstacles that come his way.
However, the challenge that Ron enjoys most is that of fatherhood. Raising his two sons, Cameron and Justin, in his hometown of Victoria has made his life complete. He couldn’t imagine a better place for families, and he particularly enjoys coaching and playing hockey.

Within weeks of starting Ron and his brother Ken formed a partnership. They quickly became known as “The Neal Brothers at Brown Brothers”. They shared a mutual goal: Attain business success while leading balanced lives. They pooled their resources and agreed to cover for one another on days off and vacations. Little did they know that in their effort to live and work with balance, a synergy was created that led them to success.
